Shipping policy
BlinkGoods ships to business and residential addresses in all 50 US states. Delivery estimates for your ZIP code are shown on every product page and at checkout.
Shipping rates
- Free standard ground shipping on orders over $79 (before tax).
- Orders under $79 ship at the carrier rate shown at checkout.
- Expedited options are offered at checkout where the item and destination allow.
- Oversized items, pallets and drums ship by LTL freight; the freight rate is shown at checkout or quoted before we ship.
Processing time
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day usually ship the same or next business day. Items with a longer lead time show it on the product page ("Ships in N days"). Orders do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.
Delivery time
Standard ground delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on distance from the shipping warehouse. Your tracking link shows the carrier's estimated delivery date.
Hazardous materials
Aerosols, flammable liquids and other regulated items ship by ground only and cannot be expedited, shipped to PO boxes, or delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.
Addresses
- PO boxes: small parcels only; freight and hazmat require a street address.
- Freight deliveries: tell us at checkout whether a loading dock or liftgate is available so the right service is booked.
- Address changes after an order ships may incur a carrier fee.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships and is available on Track your order. Multi-item orders can ship in more than one box.
Damaged or missing items
Note any visible damage with the driver, keep the packaging, and report it within 48 hours of delivery through the contact form so we can file the carrier claim and send a replacement. More answers in the help center.
